Island destination #1 = Koh Tao, Suratthani, Thailand or also known as Turtle Island, sets on the western shores of the Chumporn Archipelago and exclusively know for tourism and spectacular diving spots. It was just a day in the sunny island with a long lost friend.
9th March – Depart from Khao Sarn Road with the 9:30pm Lomprayah night bus to Chumporn Lomprayah Pier arriving approximately 6am, with a layover at the pier disembarking at 7:30am finally arriving to Koh Tao at 8:45am.
Price: Approx. THB 1,110 baht including bus & boat to the islands
Best months to visit Koh Tao are:
JANUARY & FEBRUARY WEATHER known as the TROPICAL SPRING TIME.
MARCH, APRIL & MAY WEATHER or the DRY SEASON
JUNE, JULY & AUGUST WEATHER aka the INDIAN SUMMER
SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER WEATHER just like a TROPICAL AUTUMN

Island destination #2: Koh Samui, Suratthani, Thailand
Price: Approx. THB 600 Lomprayah boat ticket to Koh Samui
9th March – Depart from Koh Tao at 3pm and arrive at 4:40pm.
Accommodation: Prana Resort & Spa for 2 nights @ THB 6,755 for Nandana Connecting Room (2nd Floor with balcony – with a slight view of the ocean) including breakfast
Very much recommended if you are into a secluded and quiet beach and is just minutes away from the Koh Samui International Airport.
What to eat: A must try is Cafe 69 and Chef Vivien’s amazing Thai fusion food that will take you to another world. Some of our favourite is Chicken Arirang with Kimchi and Green Curry Chicken Pie.

Another place just next to the beach would be Haad Bang Pho Restaurant with amazing local southern dishes and also other authentic Thai dishes. A must try is their Khuay Wai Krati Yod Makham, Homok Omelette and also Fried Vegetables – Bai Meiang Phad Kai.
Island destination #3 = Koh Phangan, Suratthani, Thailand the Fullmoon Party legacy island is not just any other ordinary island from party beach to the most tranquil sites and views.
Price: Approx. THB 600 Lomprayah round trip boat ticket from Koh Samui to Koh Phangan
12th March – Depart from Koh Tao at 12:30pm and arrive at 12:50pm.
Accommodation: as it was a last minute booking, we had to stay at a rental house which fits 3 people and also just for THB 1,500 baht for one night, which is not allowed during the Fullmoon Party period. But we did drop by Lime & Soda Resort for their food & drinks.

After the massive Fullmoon Party night we had a good night sleep and are ready to be back to reality.
Flight back to Bangkok was via Bangkok Airways, approx. THB 5xxx depending on the timing. We departed at 7:30pm and arrived in Bangkok at 8:50pm.
This trip was short and sweet plus memories will be kept always with my BFF. So travel more and explore the world as you can only get richer with experience.
